Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- Exclusions: Custom-made or personalized items, as well as wigs that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery, are not eligible for return. Clearance items are also final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at [Customer Service Email] to start the return process. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
- Prepare Your Return: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, documentation, and the Return Authorization Number in the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
